Community Childcare Subvention (CCS) Scheme Application Process March 2010

The Community Childcare Subvention (CCS) Scheme is open to all community not-for-profit childcare organisations. The scheme will come into effect on the 1st September 2010.

To operate the CCS Scheme eligible childcare services in County Limerick must make an application to County Limerick Childcare Committee (CLCC) before the 9th April 2010. They are 4 steps in the application process, as outlined below:

  1. Complete an EOI Form CCS MARCH 2010and return it the CLCC.   EOI Guidelines - CCS MARCH 2010
  2. Complete a Project Proposal Framework CCS MARCH 2010 and return it to CLCC.  Download Project Proposal Framework Applicant Guidelines CCS MARCH 2010.
  3. CLCC will complete a Project Proposal Summary (PPS) and present it to their Project Evaluation Sub-Committee (PESC), who will make a recommendation on funding.
  4. The PESC will forward the PPS and their recommendation to Pobal who will access the application and forward it to the Office of Minister for Children and Youth Affairs for a final decision.
